Guest room is romantic, has a well equipped bathroom. The location is magnificent and fantastic, in the old town. Also it is close enough to city center, from the cathedral, and less than 1 minute walk from the main square and the festival that was due to start the next day.

I spent 1 night here and greatly enjoyed that. Quaint and clean place with a lovely hall. Location: the hotel was really close to the square, cathedral and plenty of bars and restaurants, the centre of the walled town and all the major sites. Old Town of Avila district was worth staying in;))

Super setting in the nice enough area, close enough to from the cathedral, and less than 1 minute walk from the main square, the old town of Avila and the centre of the city. Fabulous food in the restaurant, satisfactory and gorgeous breakfast with fine hams and cured sausages...

No lift at all.

We appreciated rooms with excellent facilities. The location was unbeatable and super for exploring this fairly nice area, just off the festival that was about to start the next day.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The hotel was conveniently located near all the main attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city. The historic building had a charming and character-filled atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

One major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room. This was particularly problematic during the hot summer weather, and the fan provided was not sufficient to keep the room cool.

Location very close to centre close to main square, and the city walls which cost 1.10 euro for 24 hours. Very helpful and attentive staff interactions. Absolutely superb breakfast selection for all tastes with fine hams and cured sausages, as for instance.

The place was beautifully restored and well-maintained, we truly enjoyed it. Besides, the location was excellent and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Avila Council Office.

The hotel had a perfect location close to Town hall of Avila. And it was also close enough to a restaurant, the Plaza Mayor, and the square, cathedral and plenty of bars and restaurants. I was met by very amiable and decent staff at the hall.
